I've had enough of playing small

I am not safe
It's a wire coated from end to end in fear
Intense fear
I ask, Great Spirit, help me to change this

To make new connections
Connections that say I am loved, I am wanted, I am safe, I am needed here

to realize
the only thing I really needed
was one deep yes to me

I am the most precious,
The most perfect.
This is where it starts,
Unconditional love of me first.
