Generational trauma
If I listened to generational trauma forever
I'd be miserable
Despondent
Alone
Wounded and scarred
In a vast bottomless sea with no shore
It's no ones fault per se
The ones you cry out to
Watch you tread water
Not lending a hand
Because they are too
They can't save you
They're in the sea with you
Life is not meant to be just this
Life wants more for us
Safety, connection, peace
It's a different journey
One with a great trust that must be mighty like a mountain
A trust that goes beyond what we can see with the physical eye
It's there
Dig deep for it
You deserve better
Rely on the great invisible force to change the tide
It's working with you
The one which is really hearing and answering your prayers
