On impermanence

One thing that is of absolute certainty is the impermanence of things. Anything can be gone in the next moment. And this isn’t to terrify you. It is to inspire you to jump in, to splash, to make snow angels, to laugh, to hold, to really enjoy. Take nothing for granted.

Writing is my native tongue.  I have written for every reason in my life. To heal from deep wounds, living and surviving childhood emotional neglect and abuse, generational trauma, to express joy, to see myself through darkness, to celebrate how beautiful life is.
