Writing is my native tongue.  I have written for every reason in my life. To heal from deep wounds, living and surviving childhood emotional neglect and abuse, generational trauma, to express joy, to see myself through darkness, to celebrate how beautiful life is.  How simple and pure.  I used to write just for me. Now I share, let you in, because I feel it may be helpful. Maybe you will see yourself in these writings too.
